GENERAL INFORMATION

The Singapore Performing Arts Festival [SPAF] aims to inspire, so all performers leave with a sense of achievement! Its purpose is to open the performing arts to students, encouraging them to develop a range of communication and interpersonal skills in an interactive environment.

MANDARIN CATEGORIES [New for 2026]

The Singapore Performing Arts Festival [SPAF] is proud to announce the NEW Mandarin collaboration with Julia Gabriel Education – ChengZhu, for 2026! The new categories for 2026 will focus on supporting young learners aged 6–9. We are also honoured to have Ms Huang Ying (Head of Mandarin Program, Julia Gabriel Education), who will provide academic support for the new Mandarin categories.

**EARLY Entries for GALA CONCERT (only offered to face-to-face entries) – to be considered, entries MUST reach us by 1st MAY 2026. (Refer to important note below.)

IMPORTANT NOTE for GALA CONCERT (entry closing date – 1st MAY 2026)

The GALA Concert will be held on SATURDAY, 1st AUG 2026 – 7:00 PM.
Due to the scheduling and capacity of the entire festival venues and the Studio Theatre, scheduling priority will be given to early entries as indicated above
Only Face-to-face entries will be eligible for consideration.
